Natalie’s program is simply a way in which organizations and people working with autism provide the better framework for success, later in life at work with the work of high competence. The efforts range from encouraging technical training to companies to expand their perspective, as unattended to use the experience. These efforts help to dispel the actual misunderstanding that autistic children with mental disabilities can not be accommodated in a piece of technique.

The efforts of individuals like Natalie respond to a real problem. The unemployment rate for people with disabilities, based on the United States Department of Labor, is almost twice as much as no complaints to individuals. For people with developmental disorders and cognitive disorders, such as lower syndrome, employment probability of landing are much worse.

For most people want to work in meaningful work. People with mental disorders and suffering the beach of autism tend to be different.
